Housing


On-Campus Housing Wolf Village Apartments

Shared on-campus housing is free for participants and presenters beginning Friday, July 28 with check-out on Thursday, August 3. Each suite has 4 private rooms and 2 shared bathrooms. Each private room has one full bed and includes 2 sheets, 1 blanket, 1 pillow with pillowcase, 1 towel, 1 washcloth, and Individual Soap/Shampoo/Conditioner. Each suite does have a kitchen, but kitchen utensils/cookware/dishes will not be provided. No housekeeping services will be provided. Each suite has a washer and dryer; detergent for one load will be provided for each individual.

If you are staying on-campus you will check-in for your room at Gray Hall where there is a 24-hour courtesy desk.

If you are bringing a car and parking at Wolf Village, you must have a parking pass. Please contact Laina Stensvold if you need a parking pass and you have not received information regarding how to download and print your pass.

Hotel Information Holiday Inn Express (a 5 minute drive from campus)

You must contact the hotel directly to reserve a hotel room. From Friday, July 28 with check-out on Thursday, August 3, the conference will pay $45/night toward one room and you will be responsible for the difference of cost for that room. The cost per room (after the discount) is $59.95/night for one king bed or $69.95/night for two queen beds. If you reserve an additional room or additional nights, you will be responsible for the full cost of the room (104.95/night or 114.95/night).

No transportation will be provided between the hotel and school events. A campus parking pass is required to park on campus and will be provided to you if you requested one.
